Work undertaken on a time basis at the rate for 2021 of £220 per hour plus VAT. However, should a suite of documents be needed then a fixed price can be given.
Price for straightforward company formation is £60 plus VAT and £12 disbursement plus VAT for Companies House fee.
Company secretary – Cost £380+VAT p.a. payable in advance and non-refundable.
Registered Office Cost: £360+VAT p.a. payable in advance and non-refundable.
The cost of registered office and provision of company secretarial services is £450 + VAT p.a. payable in advance and non-refundable.
Service addresses for Directors can be provided at £100+VAT p.a. payable in advance and non-refundable for each director who wishes to use this service.
